	POLIS – European Cities and Regions Networking for Innovative Transport Solutions Polis is a network of European cities and regions working together to develop innovative technologies and policies for local transport.
	Smart Cities European Innovation Partnership The EU’s biggest research initiative on urban sustainability, the Smart Cities partnership seeks to improve the quality of urban life while reducing cities’ environmental footprints. It invites the energy, transport and ICT industries to work together with communities by combining technologies to address cities' needs. This will enable pioneering technologies to enter the market more easily, while placing cities at the centre of innovation. The funding will be awarded through yearly calls for proposals: €365 million for 2013.

	European Cyclists’ Federation The European Cyclists's Federation seeks to change attitudes, policies and budget allocations at the European level.
